We had our bow window replaced with a bay on December 3, 2015.  The installation team was great and did a fantastic job.  I was impressed with the fact that they took their shoes off before entering and laying down tarps before installation.  Keith was great through the whole process and did not try to oversell.  Everything was cleaned up prior to leaving with no debris left.  Highly recommend them for any window installation.  Planning on using Mr. Pearcy in the future for other window replacement.

I was impressed how Raul fitted the storm door by trimming off the top extrusion piece in order to recess that part and the door. The planing of the concrete stoop was another surprise, well done! The door and locks mesh up like fine cabinetry – just like I had painstakingly tuned the previous door locks after moving in. I’m also extremely impressed with the Provia door and window quality. Thank you for your guidance and patience through the entire process. The door, condensation free transom window and the extra light from the sidelights are beautiful additions to our living room. I would like to update my review.  Mr. Pearcy continues to stand by his work.  After trying to live with my bathroom shower niche slope, I called Mr. Pearcy to see if there was anything that could be done to fix the slope so that large bottles did not slide.  Mr. Pearcy went out of his way to address my concern.  He came up with an incredible solution to fix the slope of my niche (apparently the niche that was purchased was sloped to drain the water) without having to redo the entire tile around the niche.  He looked all over and had a custom piece of glass made to raise the slope just to get the niche the way I wanted it.  Not only was his solution workable but it looks great.  This is a values driven company where you know that they will stand by their work and beyond.

Mr. Pearcy, the owner performed work himself when he was not happy with how others had done it.  He spent days at our house fixing things that were not even done by his company.

Additionally, he gave valuable insights into how I could do things differently and end up with a much better product.  Mr. Pearcy has a background in carpentry and is a perfectionist.  I highly recommend his company both for the technical ability and personal integrity.

Keith and his team were efficient and professional. Keith was very knowledgeable and alerted me to potential unknown costs (ie rotten wood/flashing replacement etc) before the work started. When these issues were found Kieth immediately contacted me and gave me the rundown of my options.
